Blueprint is a socially responsible developer, a partnership between the public sector and Igloo, Aviva’s social investment fund.
Managing Blueprint's corporate PR and specific regeneration projects, hopwood has generated substantial, positive national and regional coverage, worth up to £49,000 a month in advertising value equivalent. Blueprint and its projects appear regularly in key national publications, including Property Week and Regeneration and Renewal, as well as other specialist sector and regional media. We have researched and compiled successful award entries for the client enabling them to win a string of national and regional property awards. We write the Blueprint e newsletter and manage their social media.
Projects include No.1 Nottingham Science Park, the eco housing development Green Street in The Meadows, and The Derwent Business Centre, Derby. Green Street has received massive coverage in Nottingham, the Midlands and beyond, and has astonished the property industry by selling entirely off plan, while No.1 NSP is now more than 80 per cent fully occupied following six lettings in 12 months.
