Tthe iconic centrepiece of specialist developer Blueprint’s £50 million extension to the Nottingham Science Park is designed for innovative businesses giving them self-contained Grade A space, but with the benefits of clustering with other progressive businesses in the same building.

Now in its third year, the award-winning building is over 80 percent fully occupied, with six lettings in the last twelve months. From the “Picnic in the Park” launch to the individual tenant sign ups, we have generated massive PR coverage promoting the building and sustainable features, as well as the companies that reside within. We have created stories for property journalists, business editors and specialist publications in science and technology that reach prospective tenants, and we have drafted award-winning entries for prestigious architectural and property competitions.
