LEICESTERSHIRE FIRMS WIN PUBLIC
SECTOR CONTRACTS WORTH THOUSANDS
Leicestershire firms are securing new deals worth hundreds of thousands of pounds by bidding for public sector contracts across the EU.
More than 80,000 public contracts from across the EU are put out to tender each year and the Euro Info Centre at Business Link for Leicestershire says companies should not be afraid to bid for them.
To make it even easier for businesses to find out what is on offer, the Euro Info Centre is offering a free monthly subscription to the Tender Monitoring Service. This saves companies the time and hassle of checking all tenders daily and uses a tailored search profile so that only the most relevant are displayed.
Alternatively, businesses can check the official journal online at http://www.cec.org.uk/work/tenders.htm.
