The Connections event, attended by Michael Howard and Liam Fox, was organised for candidates in target constituencies in the run up to the next General Election.

Emma Taylor said, "Politics and the media are closely entwined both nationally and at a constituency level. Local media is particularly important to prospective and incumbent MPs. Understanding the different kinds of media and their needs is vital."
