Attending a London property event has a string of benefits. Firstly, you may meet potential new customers and clients. Secondly, you may meet referrers, people who aren’t directly potential clients but who are connected to people who are. Often, people you meet at networking events will refer you to their contacts as a goodwill gesture, hoping perhaps that you will return the favour, which you should if you can. This is especially true in the networking club environments such as London Chamber, City Property Association or London Property Club whose events you may attend on a monthly basis or event more regularly, building relationships with other regular attendees.
